This is Melly with his customized "trike." I met him and his friend Cordell while driving around aimlessly through an industrialized area on the cities east side. Melly and Cordell belong to the No Gas Riders, a Detroit bike club that is part of a booming social trend, where enthusiasts get together for recreational rides throughout the city.
