Baked Chicken

Very excited about this image. My wife thought I should title this "Fried Chicken," but I reminded her it should be" baked," given that there is no oil to be found in the photograph.

I've photographed a lot of urban farms, and they get visually redundant after a while, but this image is going to find its way into my portfolio.

When I first visited this farm, the owner was not very receptive.  I came back a year later (two days ago) and while he didn't want his photograph taken, he was receptive to letting me into the chicken coup.

Next time I'm coming prepared with a bag of feed and a chicken wrangler.  Game on!
