What if anything positive can be drawn from our current state of affairs remains to be seen? If anything, after all the lawsuits, and all the media flurry subsides, maybe, just maybe, Detroit will have the chance to start with a fresh slate. We'll see.
Before we move forward, the people of Detroit must prove they can make informed decisions when it comes to electing politicians and city council members who have the cities best interests at heart.
